Hi there!
I’m Jordan- your new favorite five foot tall actor, writer, and artist. I’m currently based in Brooklyn, New York but I am a New England girl at heart. I grew up in suburban Massachusetts and I went to Emerson College in Boston. At Emerson, I got my BFA in Theatre and Performance with a minor in Psychology. I moved to New York after graduating to pursue my artistic career.
I have always loved performing whether that be on stage, on screen, or in my childhood living room. I was the kid who held the adults hostage with an hour long show at every family gathering.
As a writer, I take a lot of inspiration from my own life. I like to take the truth, twist it around, add a little absurdity and humor, to create something impactful. My most recent project, Swimming Naked, was a short film I wrote, directed, and acted in, is a coming of age story based on my own experiences as a queer teenage girl. I’m currently working on another short film I wrote called The Psychic Hotline For Broken People. It has been such a joy to act in films that I wrote and I hope to continue to make my own work.
I love to center both queerness and women in the work I am a part of. It’s my ultimate dream to star in a lesbian period drama.
Outside of acting, my passions include strawberries, cats, and the color pink. Well that’s me! Take a peek around to see what I’m all about!
